Rescheduled from May 15 due to weather. 2-on-2 beach volleyball is typically an easy pick-up for players of team sports that are structurally similar involving team passing, sustained cardio exertion and rapid tactic shifts. Athletes from soccer, rugby, hockey, water polo, basketball and ultimate frisbee are particularly well-suited to scrambling hard to cover an entire volleyball court with only 2 people, but we welcome athletes of all sports to give the game a try.
We're pleased to host a 3-hour intro clinic for OutSport Toronto athletes of all sports. We'll teach you basic beach volleyball skills and strategy in a way that relates to your current sport, so that your proficiency in that sport can help you pick up the beach 2's game quickly. Before long you'll be diving for impossible balls like a pro. And you can show off that hard-earned body that is too often hidden under your jersey.
