The Toronto Triggerfish Water Polo team (the reigning Outgames bronze medalists!) are hosting their 9th annual tournament this weekend. It's one of the few opportunities in the city to watch an international polo tournament in the downtown core. Along with 4 Toronto teams, we'll also be hosting the LGBT Teams from New York, Montreal and Boston...Speedos-a-go-go! Come cheer us on as we get ready for our World Championships in Hawaii next month.
Saturday June 11 from 12:30pm-6:30pm

U of T Athletic Centre, 55 Harbord (at Spadina)
Spectators are welcome and admission is free - so if you've ever been interested in watching/learning the sport, come check us out.
For those of you playing seasonal sports, note that water polo is year-round, and a great way for you guys to stay conditioned in the off season - the nature of the skills and game play/strategy lends itself perfectly to athletes from soccer, football, rugby, baseball, volleyball and obviously any aquatics.
