At our OutSport Toronto town hall meeting in January, we all agreed on the need for quarterly nominee meetings. These meetings are a great way to keep our member organisations connected, and make sure OutSport is focusing on the issues that matter most.
Particular for this meeting will be very important discussion on our 2nd annual "Sport Zone", at Pride 2012. Our committment on booths to the Pride committee is due very shortly, and we need to get a clear picture on your group's particpation.
A full agenda will be circulated prior to the meeting, but please mark this on your calendars for now. If the nominee cannot meeting, please send someone from your board/executive...or better yet, send both, the more the merrier!!
